We’re all about making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with your order, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service support team under the Contact Us section. Email us with your order # and reason of return, and your request will be evaluated. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return products within 10 calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. We do not offer refunds. Once your return request has been evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a Gift Card, via e-mail, which can be easily redeemed at check out in your next order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
